March 21, 2022

We went to the STEM building to help the TLE teachers arrange

the space for tomorrow’s event. We are assigned to the
tarpaulin. After that, Sir Deo gathered all the teachers to inform
them on what the topic for tomorrow’s event would be. Their
assigned task and what should be accomplished today for a
successful event. We were also assigned as usherettes to assist
the visitors. 

March 22, 2022

We went to school early in the morning so we can prepare and go

to our designated spot to assist the visitors that will be coming
from different schools. After that, we went to the second floor of
the STEM building to attend and listen a bit to the discussion.
When the clock hit 10 a.m., we started preparing the snacks for
the teachers and the school heads. After all the hassles, we were
told to go to the office of the principal for us to have snacks. At
12 o'clock, we were told to have our lunch. We go back to the
STEM center to assist in giving the afternoon snacks to the
teachers of Pilar High School. After the meeting, we helped clean
and rearrange the room.

March 23, 2022

We didn’t do a lot. We just clean the room and disposed the garbage.

March 24, 2022

Today is our scheduled day to clean the room and arrange it to be ready for the
distribution of the LAS. We move all the chairs and tables to the side so we can
properly wax the floor. After all the cleaning, we arranged the tables and chairs
in front, in the middle, and on the side of the room. 
March 28, 2022

We sorted the LAS and put the tarpaulin on the door. 

March 29, 2022

We put the envelopes in the grade 8 quarter for the retrieval of the answer sheets. 

March 30, 2022

We just cleaned the room and got the envelopes in the Grade 8 quarter.

March 31, 2022

In the morning, we sorted the answer sheets of the students in every subject. And
we checked if there were still some envelopes in the grade 8 quarter. In the
afternoon, we bundled the answer sheets of the students and delivered them to
the respective subject teachers.
