Description:
Here it would have been great if I got to know what this distance

“1052 km” is and how to go to more details for booking this cab so

that I could get a complete plan for reaching my destination as

there is no airport in my place of destination.

Violation: Insufficient information regarding the breakup of taxes

apart from the base fare.

Description:
Here as we can see in the name of breakup only two things are

given – “base fare” and “surcharge”. But a customer needs to know

what surcharges are these, whether it is the service charge or is it

the GST, and how much percentage is it for the respective taxes.

Description:
A smart design that prevents a problem from developing in the first

place is even better than effective error messages. We deliberately

searched for flights from Delhi to Sirmaur irrespective of knowing that

there is no flight availabile for the same.

Just below Sirmaur you can see Allahabad Airport and it displays 79 Kms

from Sirmaur which is a complete false statement as Allahabad is

almost 500 Kms from Sirmaur.

The filters are limited in the car model feature. Here it would have been

great if I got to filter out on various parameters such as car type.

nearest airport and destination and also the details of availing the

conveyance from that airport to the destination.

Description:
The distance shown on google maps and go-ibibo has significant

difference. The significant difference in the distance in the trusted user

app develops distrust amongst the loyal customers most needed for the

company.
