As an external part of Strategic Business Unit of Ford Motor Company USA (as Consultant), assist with the
competitive strategies to the company to enhance the strength of the business of Ford Motor Company, USA by
discharging services in compliance with the CEO, Chairman, stake holders and share holders to make it No.1 in auto
sector of USA.
After studying the Auto market of USA for a long, there are ample of opportunities for making strategies towards
vision and mission of organization. A new follow up of some more strategies will let it move towards No. 1 position
within 5 to 7 years. The keyword for my application then is, ‘A new outlook and practical flexible approach of
Strategies’. For developing those skills and have an outlook for fresh start, it took roaming of quarter of India, more
than 23 years of reading business newspapers, studying magazines, solve cases studies, learning through various jobs
and businesses, its impact on particular company, observe the Decision Making process of some organizations and
participate in few. Learn to plan flexible strategies for the growth of a company, its impact on stock market, micro and
macro environment and government policies.
