ABSTRACT:
Restorative Justice system is somehow a new system in order to promote the rightful justice
in various societies by utilizing such mechanisms and techniques which may help to avoid the
everyday normal proceedings and also to ensure that there is full satisfaction among the
offenders and the victims by different procedural ways.1
This project will introduce you to Restorative Justice and will also make you aware about its
ideas and various debates over it. The findings of the study have highlighted that there is not
a single definition of Restorative Justice and various persons have various views over it as it
is a very vast concept.
This system has recently developed itself as a mechanism to be used for attaining peace and
harmony in the society.

1. INTRODUCTION:
The concept of restorative justice tells about a bunch of techniques and practices linked with
the other judicial systems prevailing in the society.
