 How would a VLAN increase the security of the Accounting Department's data?
They prevent other workstations not on the VLAN from seeing the Accounting
Departments data, preventing leaks of important Data.

 How will the accounting department exchange data with the Engineering, Human
Resources, and Customer Service departments over the LAN?
They will have to set up the switches to trunk using their trunk port so the
accounting department can share and receive data from the other departments
not on their VLAN.
