This is to bring in your kind notice that, Oakspro Software solutions are interested in
organizing Campus recruitment drive in our college tentatively on 7 th December 2021 for CSE,
ECE and EEE 4th year students, Company HR’s will be visiting on the day of placement drive.
Company profile had been attached to this letter separately. As company would be conducting
different rounds like pre placement talk, Online exam and personal interview, so we would be
using Main Conference hall for Pre placement talk, JKC lab for conducting online exam and
Mini conference Hall for conducting Personal interviews. Three HR’s will be visiting on the day
of interview.

A brief about the role: Selected Engineers would undergo training both at classroom and
software level about the various platform of the company.

Budget allocation required for the drive,

CAB Service 5000 Rs
Lunch, Snacks for 3 members 3000 Rs
Utilities 2000 Rs
Total 10000 Rs

In this regard kindly grant permission for organizing this drive and grant permission to
use above mentioned halls and provide required budget for successful conduction of the drive.
