MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

THE ST. FRANCIS OF ASSSISI PARISH WITH A SEAT IN CALIAT, QUEZON, NUEVA
VIZCAYA REPRESENTED BY REV. FR. LOUBERT M. AGDUYENG, THE PARISH
PRIEST IS EXECUTING A MEMORAMDUM OF AGREEMENT TO BARANGAY
COUNCIL OF MADDIANGAT, QUEZON, NUEVA VIZCAYA REPRESENTED BY
HONORABLE BONIFACIO BISQUERA, THE BARANGAY CAPTAIN.

WHEREAS, the Parish Pastoral Council of St. Francis of Assisi Parish and the Barangay
Pastoral Council of St. Anthony de Padua community of Barangay Maddiangat are appealing to
the Barangay Council of Maddiangat, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya for a piece of land in purok 4A
purposively for the erection of a catholic chapel for the faithful of this barangay.

WHEREAS, the faithful of the of this community recognizes the need of a house of worship and
desires to have one for better community liturgical celebrations especially the celebration of the
Holy Mass.

WHEREAS, the parcel of land with an area of ______square meters more or less is situated near
the purok 4A pavement or community square is chosen and proposed to be a conducive place for
a chapel since it is close to catholic faithful in this community

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE SANGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

MADDIANGAT, QUEZON, NUEVA VIZCAYA that:

The Barangay Council headed by Hon. Bonifacio Bisquera, the Barangay Captain heeded the
appeal of the St. Francis of Assisi Parish Pastoral Council and unanimously voted for the
approval of the donation of the parcel of land where a catholic chapel will rise for the benefit and
spiritual exercise of the catholic faithful of barangay Maddiangat.

The St. Francis of Assisi Parish with Fr. Loubert Agduyeng as the pastor will be in-charge of the
necessary transactions, proceedings, pertinent documents and other matters prior to the erection
of the chapel.
