From the report of Group-1, kindly create a 1-page reflection (Note: It should include a short
summary of the topic, your learning and insights, and how will you relate/apply your
learning?)

The reporter shared with us that knowing God is having an interactive covenant relationship
with God. and the Earmarks of knowing God are those who know God can see history,
circumstances and people in their proper light, those who know God receive answers to prayer,
those who know God are capable, bold and courageous, those who know God trust god. We
were asked how can I know God? and why do we need to know God?

I do believe that we have an interactive relationship with God. As for me, personally, I make
promises to God as he makes promises to his people in this world. We talk to God for
forgiveness of our sins and ask for his blessing, good health and making promises. We know
that faith is a gift from God. And that very gift of God is meant to be nurtured in our lives,
especially through prayer and the reception of the sacraments. We believe God in a way that
he makes things possible that for us is impossible. We have been put in hard times that we
don't know what to do next, how to overcome this problem and then we seek him for guidance,
strength for courage. And he never fails us to give that hope to see the light, he is real and I
believe in God. If there are times that we celebrate for our glory and happiness, we thank him
for not leaving our sides when we have nothing, we realize things that we survive a heavy storm
in our lives through faith in our God.

We cannot prove the existence of God, but there are many reasons why belief in God is
reasonable. The first is that nothing science has discovered explains the existence of the
universe. Yet the universe has a beauty and an order that suggest a rational mind lies behind it
all. Just as the existence of a computer demonstrates that there is someone who invented it, so
the world in all its beautiful complexity points to the existence of a Creator, God.
