Scope of Preventive Maintenance
. The scope of the preventive maintenance program shall be comprehensive and

The program shall include but not limited to, maintaining the elevator to run at

I. PURPOSE

II. DESCRIPTION OF THE ELEVATORS
Manufacturers data and drawings for the elevator equipment shall be

7. The Contractor shall furnish tools, equipment, lubricants and cleaning supplies compensation, properly damage and an umbrella liability policy

VIII. EFFECTIVITY
The duration of this contract is for one (1 ) year subject to extension at the option of the
DOLE if the performance is found to be satisfactory subject to applicable procurement
rules and regulations. Violation of the terms and conditions stated herein shall be
ground for the pre- termination of the contract. Either party may pre- terminate the
contract by giving the other party a thirty (30) days notice prior to such termination. ln
the event of dispute, the law of the Philippines shall apply.
