5. OFFICIAL DINNER
The official Dinner offered by CA PACENSE will take place on Saturday, 20
Nov at 20.30 hours. The official invitations will be handed out upon the
arrival. The transport schedule will be put out at the official hotels as well
as at the Swimming Pool.

6. TECHNICAL MEETING
The Technical Meeting will be held on thursday, 18th Nov at 10:00 hours
at the Swimming Pool. The transport schedule will be put out at the
official hotels as well as at the Swimming Pool.

7. OFFICIAL VENUE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The Euro league Women Qualification Round will be held in the City of
Paços de Ferreira, Portugal, at the 25x21 m indoor Swimming Pool
"Piscinas Municipais de Paços de Ferreira", on 18th to 21th Nov 2021.

The airport of arrival and departure is Oporto International Airport.

Distance to the Swimming Pool 40km.

All Delegations, LEN Executives and Officials will be met upon their arrival
at Oporto International Airport and they will be taken to their hotels. The
drivers will hold a board in hands so that you can identify them.

9. TRANSPORT
Each Team will have own bus service for transfer in-between hotel and
swimming pool before the match, provided by the CA Pacense, but
please note that only accredited persons will have access on the official
bus transport. Transport to the swimming pool for training will be
organized by one bus for two teams training together.
All transport schedules will be put out at the official hotels as well as
at the swimming pool.

10 . ACREDITTATION
The Official Delegation of each Club will receive up to a maximum of 24
credentials, namely 15 competitors, 7 staff members and 2 VIP.
