CONDITIONAL SALE AGREEMENT

WITNESSETH THIS AGREEMENT dated 20th of January 2022, by and between Mr. WALLY
OQUENDO SANSON AND MISS. ARLENE BALLE BICLAR.
In consideration of this agreement, Seller and Buyer agree as Follows:
ARLENE BALLE BICLAR, of legal age, Single Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Tabuc, Pontevedra,
Capiz referred to as a BUYER.
-And-
Mr. WILLIAM ALFRED OQUENDO SANSON of legal age, married to ARCELY FUENTES SANSSON
Filipino and a resident VILDA NILDA SUBDIVISION Brgy. Rizal Pontevedra, Capiz referred as a
SELLER.
WITNESSETH: THAT
Whereas, the seller has authorized to sell and managed the residential parcel of land
situated in NILDA SUBDIVISION Brgy. Rizal Pontevedra, Capiz lot 9-D-2-A area of 200sqm. The
buyer will paid the amount of 50,000.00 FIFTHY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY as a partial payment
for the lot purchased with an area of 200 square meters.
The 200,000.00 TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS remaining balance shall be paid for TWO
(2) years from the date purchased.
