I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

CHA-A is a milktea & snack shop which is aiming to provide customers a quality taste of a milktea

combining with snacks with a reasonable price. Our company targets teens, students couple, adults and

also young professionals. Being new here in this industry/market, CHA-A seeks to come up with

products that will distinct our competitors. The products with a quality taste of milktea and new varieties

we have that will give satisfaction to the customers and also good service that will make the customers

comeback.Thus we offer "Fruit Milk shake" a taste beyond milktea flavors that will craze Non-milktea

lovers and younger generations.

We at CHA-A reviewed our past strategy for us to exceed our past performances and to level up our

efficiency. Fruitea Milk shake brings the customers a new taste of the revolutionizing milktea. We want

our customers know us and be aware of our business through advertising, to builld up sales through our

new product.

Through our sales and continious growth, we projected and plan to expand our business to different

places. So not just our nearby's will experience the quality taste of our products. We at CHA-A always

aim to give our customers a delightful flavors for their satisfaction, and build and establish strong

reputation in milktea industry.

Vision : Our goal is to serve the best quality CHA-A experience for our customers.
CHA-A wants to continue the trend of providing healthy beverage options and combining drinking
their daily lifestyle and to become the customer’s first choice.

Mission : To brighten the mood, inspire the senses, and give each encounter an experience that will
make this life delightfully unforgettable.

C. Key Personnel

Owner : She will be able to manage and market the business. She will also ensure smooth customer
flow and work flow, as well as engage in customer interactions and aid teatenders in creating beverages.
Additionally, the owners will strive for a positive environment, ensuring each employee and customer
feels comfortable and positive in the store.

Teatenders : Teatenders will be the primary employees for CHA-A. The primary role of a teatender is
to create quick, high-quality beverages. However, teatenders will be expected to engage in customer
conversation, maximize customer satisfaction, and frequently maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Teatenders will also process customers’ transactions after completing their product, ensuring any
additives are included in the final purchase.

Cashier : Can handle cash transaction with customers and issue change, receipts. Also can answer all
customers' question.

As we run this business we started with an investment of 30,000 to start this business from my other
source of income as well as my savings to buy some equipments and ingrdients needed in a milktea
shop.

F. External Management Support
The one supporting our business cha-a milktea is our other friends who invest in our business who trust
us to start a new business and grow it. until our cha-a milktea became popular, our friends help us by
providing people to help us when we lack the staff to facilitate our work, they also help us to fi nd
sensible suppliers who will provide us good service and low prices and good ingredients and they are
also our first investor.
