Paper Presentation Rules

1. Maximum 2 participants per paper are allowed.

2. Fill the registration form and you will receive a confirmation email in
next 24 hours.
3. Confirmation email will include norms of competition and link to submit
paper(pdf) and PPT presentation of the same..
4. Contents of paper should be title of paper, name of authors, name of
institute, abstract, contents, conclusion and references.

5. Paper should be formatted as per IEEE format

a. Title of paper - Times New Roman, 14 point, bold
b. Name of author - Times New Roman, 12 point, bold
c. Abstract - Times New Roman, 12 point, italic
d. Heading - 12 point
e. Subheading - 12 point
f. Page setup - normal

6. There is no limit to the number of slides for the PPT but the presentation
should conclude within 10 mins.

7. The soft copy of the full length paper should be submitted in pdf format
and also submit the PPT presentation of the same to the link provided in
confirmation email.
8. You will receive an email about the approval of your selection on or before
20th April 2022 which will include
● Unique Participation Code
● WhatsApp Group Link
● Date and Time of the competition

9. Last date of registration and paper submission is 18th April 2022

10.Selected participants will get email notification on or before 20th April
2022.
11.Participation certificates would only be given to those who would be
getting approval email for the competition.
