WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT KEDARKANTHA?
Adorned with the ravishing beauty of falling snow
and fringed with pine trees, the Kedarkantha Peak
is one of the most sought after snow trekking
destinations in India.
Nestled at a height of 12,500 feet, this is an ideal
trekking trail which covers distance of about 20
kms.
Short distance and moderate difficulty, make the
trek suitable for first-time trekkers.
Not only for the adventurers, the Kedarkantha
trek is also an ideal destination for nature lovers
to bask in the beauty of undisturbed nature and
enjoy blissful moments with exhilarating
experiences.

trip,Ertiga or Innova (depending on the size
of the group) throughout the journey.

Anything that has not been covered in the

Porters or mules to carry your personal
luggage. The cost per bag (10/12 kg ) is 300
per day.

THINGS TO CARRY

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the
trip.
The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be
entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names
mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by
the Client
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The
management shall not be accountable for missing items along the
tour
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during
the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as &
when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel
along uneven & dangerous routes
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to
health & safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding
activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes and we
recommend for you to be in the right shape to make most of them
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tour

alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases
such as Natural Hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, weather
conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure
on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other
reasons
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical
ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes in
the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-

CANCELATION pOLICY :
If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the
trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
➔ If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the
trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
➔ If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date
of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation
fees.
➔ In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government
r e s t r i c t i o n s , c e r t a i n t r i p s o r a c
t i v i t i e s m a y g e t c a n c e l l e d . I n s u c h
cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible
