Reflection

1. What’s the most important thing you learned today? Why do you think so?

- The most important thing that I learned today is the way the volleyball warm-ups practice do.
Doing extends during warm up assists volleyball player with setting up their body and muscles
for volleyball-explicit developments effectively. Therefore, volleyball players are exceptionally
quick and perform well during the game. Extends increment muscle coordination
fundamentally.

2. What made you curious today? How does learning feel different when you’re curious?

- I curious about the 20 Dynamic Volleyball Warm-up Exercise. I think the more curious you are,
the more prospects you will open all through your lifetime. When you begin learning, you get to
be familiar with that large number of additional opportunities that you knew nothing about,
bringing about a craving to know more.

3. What are some ways you could share this learning with your parents or family?

- I can share them new things that I learned. I can teach or demonstrate some basics warm-up exercise
to my parents.
