Kesar Food Industry is simply defined as any activity by which you either create materials, alter
materials to create something else, or move materials around. Also, anything involving the usage
of Blueprints in any way is defined as an Industrial activity. Key activities defined as Industrial
are: Manage Categories, Products, Users, and Invoice. Each of these activities is complicated in
and of itself, and contain their own sub-activities. I will now give a brief overview of each of
these activities, including a touch on some of the sub-activities that they have, as well as
recommended.

Motivation
Food Industry Distrubution functions as an intermediary between food manufacturers and
the food service operator. Most foodservice operators purchase from a range of local, specialty,
and broad line foodservice distributors on a daily or weekly basis. So this software helps you to
manage the distribution of food products in different places, Manage Categories, Products,
Users, and Invoice. It helps to make bills and to maintain the stocks of all type materials. You
can make Daily Sales Report, Stock, Distributor, Distributor Day Close.
Related Work:
As per the records there is no such application which provides the automation of Kesar Food
Products. For the past few years companies are trying to enhance existing relations and prove
their commitment on a daily basis by taking their time to listen to customers concern and by
developing a service focus. At present, the work done is totally manual and hence there is a lot
of strain on the person who is entering and updating the data. This project deals with problems
on managing and maintaining the different aspects of the company and avoids the problem which
carried manually.
Feasibility Study:
The prime focus of the feasibility study is evaluating the practicality of the proposed system
keeping in mind a number of factors. The following factors are taken into account before
deciding in favor of the new system:
Economic Feasibility:
The proposed office entry system will save lots of paper work and Facilitate magnetic record
keeping thereby reducing the costs incurred on above heads. This reduction in cost prompts
the office to go for such computer-based system.
Technical Feasibility
The open discussion portal used for agricultural students and farmers. Any general public
can use this system for knowing the information about various crops, and the usage of fertilizers
to those crops and in which soil these crops give more yield and the climatic conditions for those
crops. Training is requested by the students, general public. These trainings are scheduled by
agricultural officer. Information about major crop markets and their current price for the crop
will be published daily. Current prices of the markets are updated daily by the NGO. It gives
information regarding all the states in India.
Duration Feasibility
This system helps the user to find in the best usage of resources keeping in track of
all the Apmc details over a period of time, thereby reducing the decision making process
easier and worthwhile.
