III. Observations
We were not able to assess the response time of the BFP due to the limitations
brought by the pandemic. BFP still does not participate in face-to-face activities.
Almond office alarm system is not yet complete.
The alarm system at Gil Fernando office is not centralized. Occupants of the second-
floor laboratories (Manufacturing & Clinical) could not hear the alarm from the first
floor.
Fire extinguishers at Almond office are not yet available.
IV. Recommendations
Immediately finish the installation of the Fire Detection and Alarm System of
Almond Office once the 4th floor construction is completed.
Improve the Fire Detection and Alarm System at Gil Fernando Offices to be in series
for it to be audible at all floors, and to have a control panel to easily identify where
the alarm is triggered.
Immediately position and install all the purchased fire extinguishers at Almond
Office once all constructions are done.
