III. Observations
 We were not able to assess the response time of the BFP due to the limitations
brought by the pandemic. BFP still does not participate in face-to-face activities.
 Almond office alarm system is not yet complete.
 The alarm system at Gil Fernando office is not centralized. Occupants of the second-
floor laboratories (Manufacturing & Clinical) could not hear the alarm from the first
floor.
 Fire extinguishers at Almond office are not yet available.

IV. Recommendations
 Immediately finish the installation of the Fire Detection and Alarm System of
Almond Office once the 4th floor construction is completed.
 Improve the Fire Detection and Alarm System at Gil Fernando Offices to be in series
for it to be audible at all floors, and to have a control panel to easily identify where
the alarm is triggered.
 Immediately position and install all the purchased fire extinguishers at Almond
Office once all constructions are done.

For your reference and perusal.
