Whilst you can ran each of these adventures individually notes have been inchuded wich cach on how to tie them together, as well as new adventure hooks and new details to lsh oue the action “These additions are all optional, and whilst you can use them to enhance the adventures as originally published, they should also serve as inspiration for making the adventutes your own, THE Upersreik ADVENTURES CAMPAIGN “Theadventuresin hisbookaceintended tobe playedindvidually, bc can be par ofa Inger continuous campaign, ether using this book alone or by drawing in additional adventures from Rough Nights & Hard Day, or in conjunction withthe Starter Set and the Adventures Book therein Ulsimately The Guilty Party is intended to lead the Character, into The Enemy Within, and should either play the final part of the Ubersreik Adventures campaign, of the campaign style chosen should link further into The Enemy Within, Below ase thee potential ways of linking everything together. A Free and Prosperous Ubersreik! [Almost every adventure hasan aterate hook that involves ‘concemed group of merchantn th iy: Pethaps this outon isthe begining ofa val Merchant’ Guild ora rising pital bie who wish to see Uberti become a Frisburg. An entire campziga could be built round this ise to politial power, with the Chances as ether proms of a bougeobsi uprising or members and eventual ener ofthe case Ie Uberseik dzer become a Fresurg this could have dramatic consequences for th later stages of The Enemy Within, and the brewing instability in the Empire. More so ifthe Characters ase known agents or beneficiaries, of such a rebellion THE MOST RESPECTABLE ;, ASSOCIATION OF UBERSREIK Tlegh efor sured Mat Rope il hci Ueda ay TA fe Sc ceieel. ee onc BR ace See yoo ti ru eh to ed Rese ary Senge cog oa Bet rt cn Uke oe mecha "ale ie ll i Fa edo Veeck ol aa bc Feboy | ae ' | |The Association is an unolcal group of ‘concerned | merchant’, politicians, lobbyists, and cits, who all ave 4 vested attest inthe rapid chinge of Ubersrk into & chartered town, freed from the catches of the aristocracy. Headed by Si Fama Swichoe, a former aly and atadant of the von Juefreud lin, and composed of 1 mere handful of powerful members, the Association has been working tire ‘months to bing about this shit. ‘The Beasts of Old Severuladventures ae either specifically tied to or easily linked to, monstrous forces in and around the Duchy. The Basilisk in If Looks Could Kill, the Jabbersiythe in The Mad Men of Gothheim, and the Vampire in Slaughter in Spitleeld, could all be components of a larger problem. Perhaps a nefarious eat js rousing ancient evils across the Duchy? Alternatively, each of these monsters could present a component in a dark stual of unknown purpose, and a drop of blood from each will grant terrible power to those with the knowledge. You can easily twist the other adventures to include these themes: che hedge witch Alex Grin from Bait and Witch may’ hold vital knowledge; Elicha Hochs from The Guilty Party may be trying to purchase the Bridge House to access secret altar in its basement; and perhaps the only person who was previously standing the way ofthis dark conspiracy was, in fact, Corporal “Tylo Veiltass from Heart of Glase! And who knows how this dark conspiracy might factor into the machinations of its true puppet masters: the Purple Hand! Roaches in the Woodwork “The Cabal (page 76) is an obvious source of conspiracy in Ubersrik, but works far more subsly than most other organisations. As such, the somewhat disconnected nature of the adventures presented here works in your favour! Use Bait and Witch or Heart of Glass as palate cleansers between the CCabal-driven adventures, to make it seem like the situation is less facused on theie nefarious plans. This campaign hook may also work well whea ted to Rough Nights & Hard Days or The Enemy Within, withthe Cabal being placed as puppet masters of the various cults Found within both of those campaigns Demand for sprinted collection of Ubeselk Adventures came a8 an unepacted but welcome sirpse, These censrios were created thoyghout the cathy development ofthis citon of Warhammer inary Roleplay, and you may notice some diflerences In art style tn the carly adventures, We hope ths doce aot detract fiom your exjoyment of Ubesreik Adveane, and indeed you tay lind i chats some of the visual development this edtion aderwent oo ~ UBERSREIK ADVENTURES * IF LOOKS COULD KILL + Uhersreik Adventures: If Looks Could Kill is designed with beginner characters in mind, but ean be played by experienced _roups, though some ofthe encounters may need to be modified if you wish to provide a challenge, The scenario starts near the scttlement of Grausee and concludes in Uberseik. Alternatively, it could be sted along any river in the Empire with minimal modification as long as there isa sizeable town nearby.
