1.SECURING BUILDING PERMIT


A document issued by the Building Official to an Applicant/Owner to proceed with the
construction, installation, Addition, alteration, renovation, conservation, repair, moving,
demolition or other work activity of a specific project/building structure or portions thereof after
accompanying principal plans, specifications and other documents with the duly notarized
application are found satisfactory and substantially confirming with the NBCP and pertinent.

who may Avail: Any person who will construct, Erect, Alter, Repair or
demolish any building or Structure.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE

1. 5 copies lot plan w/ certification of a GE that the


Geodetic Engineer
proposed building will not encroach adjoining properties.

2. 5 copies Site Development Plan (including the


setbacks/yard distances at the front & back with Civil Engineer
perspective.
3. 5 sets Building Plans
> Architectural > Electrical > Mechanical
Civil Engineer/Architect
> Mechanical > Sanitary/Plumbing
> Fencing (3 sets)
4. 5 copies of Bill of Materials & Cost Estimates Civil Engineer
5. 5 copies Specification Civil Engineer
6. 5 copies Title of Property Applicant
7. 5 copies Deed of Sale /Lease Contract to Sell (if the CTC Applicant
is not the Name of the Owner
8. 5 copies Tax Declaration and Certificate of latest Tax Applicant
Payment
9. 1 pc. Construction Logbook (for the daily activities of the Applicant
construction)
10. 2 copies Zoning Clearance Zoning Officer
11. 2 copies Fire Clearance Bureau of Fire Protection
12. 5 copies Application forms (Building, Sanitary/Plumbing, Engr. Herve Glenn V. Morales
Electrical & Mechanical)

13. 2 copies Structural Design Computation w/seismic Structural Engineer (if needed)
analysis w/c conform to the latest NSCP for to storey and
above or 1 storey with attic/mezzanine/roof deck/penthouse
14. 2 copies plate load test Analysis for 3 storey or 2 storey Civil Engineer (if needed)
w/ attic/mezzanine/roof deck/penthouse
15. 2 copies Soil bearing test Result (for 4 storey or 3 storey Civil Engineer (if needed)
with attic/mezzanine roof deck/penthouse.
16. 2 copies ECC/ENRO Clearance (for Commercial & EMB (DENR)
Industrial)
17. 2 copies DOLE Clearance DOLE (If needed)
18. 2 copies Highway Clearance from DPWH District Office DPWH (if needed)
for lot along National Highway.
19. 2 copies Certification from the Barangay Captain. Barangay Captain
20. 2 copies Application Form for Fencing Permit. Engr. Herve Glenn V. Morales
21. 3 copies Photo copy of PRC ID's concern in the
application together with their latest PTR and three Civil Engineer/Architect
specimens of the professional signatories.
NOTE: Provisions for Batas Pambansa Blg.344 (Accessibility Law for Disabled Persons)
should be reflected on the plan of the following Type of Building.

2. Securing Occupancy Permit
A Document issued by the Building Official certifying that the Building/Structure was
completed and can be occupied/ used in accordance with the approved use.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE
1. 3 copies of duly notarized Certificate of Completion sign by the
owner/application and sign & sealed by the duly licensed
Architect/Civil Engineer In charge of the construction, together
with the plan and specifications and one (1) copy of the Applicant
construction logbook. If the construction was undertaken through
a contract, the Certificate of Completion shall be signed by the
contractor/Authorized Managing Officer.

2. One (1) copy of issued Locational Clearance. Zoning Officer


3. Owner's copy of Fire Safety Correction Sheet and it's Bureau of Fire Protection
corresponding FSEC.
4. 3 Photocopies of the valid license of all involved professionals
 
(eg. Professional Tax Receipt and the PRC I.D card.)

5. Photograph of the completed structure showing front sides and
