Which values or company practices do you think cause most problems
in our country?

I think that most of the Eastern companies have a very different corporate culture in terms
of efficiency, philosophies, and standards.
Because of this, problems might be caused by the way Mexican employees execute their
duties; For example, Japanese employees always try their best and they're constantly
getting pressured or pushed to the limits when they're working while Mexican employees
are mostly known for being lazy or too careless.
In fact, Toyota has a lot of cases of deaths from overwork, which, honestly, says a lot
about their old management and how they used to be really strict over their employees.
Another problem is that Toyota s corporate culture is based partially on teamwork, which
is not really practiced in Mexico as much as they do in Japan.
Which values or company practices do you think cause most problems
in our country?

More potential problems could be caused by the values of secrecy and respect, while
Japanese employees follow the rules precisely Mexican employees often show
indifference towards this kind of values.
However, we have to keep in mind that most of this problems are related to the former
corporation culture of Toyota.
Have you ever had personal experience of this yourself?

No I haven’t.
