SARDAR nee MONDAL

I, SMT. MADHABI SARDAR nee (MONDAL), aged about 33 years,

wife of Sri. Mintu Sardar and daughter of Late. Shri. Gour Mondal,
Residing at Ghoshpara, Rajarhat Gopalpur, P.S. New Town,
District: North 24 Parganas, Kolkata - 700102, West Bengal, do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

1. That I being the Petitioner No. 2/ wife is Hindu by religion

and I am being Indian National and adult person.

2. That I am the legally married wife of the Petitioner No 1 /

Husband and our marriage was duly solemnized on
29.11.2008 under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 at
Ghoshpara, Rajarhat Gopalpur, P.S. New Town, District:
North 24 Parganas, Kolkata 700102, West Bengal, and
thereafter the said marriage was duly registered on
07.07.2010 before the Marriage Officer Jayanti Das at
Raghunathpur, P.S. Baguiati, Kolkata - 700059.

3. That after the said marriage through the "Fulsajja" and other
formalities were performed according to Hindu Rites and
Customs and I resided together with Petitioner No 1 /
 Husband as husband and wife at Majerpara, Krishnapur,
Rajarhat Gopalpur, P.S. New Town, Dist - North 24 Parganas,
Kolkata - 700102 at the house of the Petitioner
No.1/Husband and leading our happy conjugal life as
husband and wife and our marriage life was duly
consummated.

4. That out of our said wed-lock, no child was born.

5. That since there has been difference in taste, temperament,

habits, education, culture was increasing between me and
Petitioner No. 1 / Husband. Accordingly incompatibility,
conflicts, grew and deteriorated the normal lives of both of
us, inspite of several attempts to mitigate and there is no
chance of re-union between them in future.

6. That since the year 2020 the relation between me and

Petitioner No 1 / Husband became more strained and in every
step of the life of us, different taste and temperament and
opinion between us and subsequently we realized that it would
be not possible for us to live together as husband and wife due
to difference of opinion, culture, mode of living, individual
thinking, habits and both of us decided to live separately to
avoid further deterioration of relationship and better welfare of
both of us.

7. That since 09.06.2020 I started living separately from

Petitioner No 1 / Husband at my respective premises being
Ghoshpara, Rajarhat Gopalpur, P.S. New Town, District: North
24 Parganas, Kolkata - 700102, West Bengal, which is more
than stature period as per provided under the law and since
09.06.2020 there is no relationship between us there is no
cohabitation with each other till date during this period sand
no excess to each other life.

8. That the instance of friends, relations and parents both of us

tried to reconcile and/ or re-union but several attempts on
their part and form the part of us were frustrated due to the
reasons s stated above. All the genuine efforts failed to re-
union/reconciliation between us and as such lastly we have
mutually agreed that the marriage should be dissolved and we
are not filing this suit collusively.

9. That there has been no collusion in between us in presenting

the petition for a decree of divorce by mutual consent.
10. That there has been no unnecessary or improper delay in
presenting this proceeding in this regard pending in any court
of law.

11. That there has been no ground as to why the relief or

reliefs as prayed for should not be granted.

12. That both we last resided as husband and wife at

premises Majerpara, Krishnapur, Rajarhat Gopalpur, P.S.
New Town, Dist - North 24 Parganas, Kolkata - 700102, West
Bengal.

13. That my consent has not been obtained by way of fraud,

coercion, or threat whatsoever. Both we have gone through
the petition for decree of divorce on mutual consent and have
put our respective signature on the petition for decree of
mutual consent voluntarily and in sound health and mind.

14. That I am Indian national citizen

15. That I pray as per the prayer of the petition.

16. That the statements made above are all true to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
