In 2019 the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration named Andrews as the 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties in downstate New York which in- cludes New York City, Long Island and the downstate counties of Duchess, Or- ange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ul- ster and Westchester.
