COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 2018-03

(Unanimous Accord)
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2018 LOCAL DISASTER DRISK REDUCTION AND
MANAGEMENT PLAN (LRRRMP) AND ALL THE AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF RAMON, ISABELA

WHEREAS, the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office has formulated a
comprehensive and integrated Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan (LDRRMP) for the
year 2018 in accordance to Paragraph 7 of Section 12 of RA 10121;

WHEREAS, the 2018 LDRRMP was presented before the Council to determine whether in
conform with the thrust and priorities of the Local Government and provision of RA 10121;

WHEREAS, the deliberation of the Council members resulted to various amendments and
aligned all programs to the priorities of the Local Government and proper utilization of LDRRMP
Fund;

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous accord – the Council -

RESOLVED, to pass and approve a resolution approving the 2018 Local Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Plan (LDRRMP) and all the amendments thereto of the municipality of
Ramon, Isabela.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Office of the

Sangguniang Bayan for their appropriate action and to all concerned for their information and
appropriate action.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UTILIZATION OF SOME UNEXPENDED
BALANCE OF THE LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND
2018 AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
1,800,000.00) TO FUND ONE (1) UNIT RESCUE VEHICLE COMPLETE WITH ALL
ACCESSORIES NEEDED

WHEREAS, the real situation that is happening at Rescue 3:16 was presented to the
LDRRMC.

WHEREAS, the present status of our Rescue Vehicles are no longer capable of giving
dependable services to our people.

WHEREAS, to strengthen the frontline of emergency measures before during and after
disasters there is a need to buy additional Rescue Vehicle/ambulance.

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous accord – the Council -

RESOLVED, to pass and approve a resolution on authoring the utilization of some

unexpended balance of the 2018 LDRRMF amounting to PHP 1,800,000.00 to fund the purchase of
the Rescue Vehicle/ambulance

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Office of the

Sangguniang Bayan for their appropriate action and to all concerned for their information and
appropriate action.
