AFFIDAVIT OF NON-LOSS

That I, DIOMEDES G. CAWIGAN, of legal age, married to Violeta M.

Cawigan, Filipino citizen and a resident of Zone 6, Maliwalo, Tarlac City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state - THAT:

1. That I am one of the heirs of the late EUFROCINA R. SOTTO, registered

owner of the parcel of land, located at Brgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City,
containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
ONE (15,251) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, and covered by
TCT No. 043-2014003129, of the Registry of Deeds, Province of Tarlac;

2. That FRANCISCO C. PUNZALAN executed an Affidavit of Loss in the

said Title, which was annotated in the said title which described as: Date
Instrument July 8, 2019, with Entry No. 2019008697, notarized by Atty.
Elizardo I. Emas, at Tarlac City with Doc. No. 481, Page No. 03, Book
No. LXXVII, Series of 2019;

3. That the said title was not loss, in fact and in truth I am the holder of the
said title;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and to inform the Registry of Deeds that I am in possession
and holder of the original title, covered by TCT No. 043-2014003129 and
the said title was not lost.
