5.SUMMARY OF CORE SPECIALIZATION ( FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ) :
In this subject I have learn about the time value money, I have understand the
relationship between interest rates, yield and bond prices within me this increasing my
financial knowledge about the portfolio management.
I have learned in this subject is how to identify the current and future human resource
needs for an organization to achieve the goal and how to provide the employee training.
7.SUMMARY OF LEARNING OUTCOME OF MOOCS:
1) Developing Soft Skills and Personality : The soft skills training provides strong
practical orientation and help in building and improving skills in communication,
business correspondence, presentation, team building, leadership, time
management, group discussions, interviews, etc,.
2) Consumer Behaviour : Consumer Behaviour is the study of how people make buying
decisions. It attempts to understand how buyers choose, use and dispose of
products and services, as well as the various stages people go through before making
a purchase.

PROJECT:

solutions to old and emerging problems.
Strong inter-personal skills: An ability to interact and work harmoniously with others, while being
prepared to take on individual responsibilities.

Conceptual skill is the ability to see the “big picture,” to recognize significant

opportunities and threat and then select an appropriate course of action to tackle
them efficiently so that the organization can benefit them.
Analytical skill means, the ability to identify the key variables in a situation.
Manager diagnostic skill and Analytical skill helps him to identify possible
approaches to a situation. After that is also helps a manager to visualize the result
or outcomes of these approaches.

About Team Work
Team cooperation in any organization is always advantageous. It improves
overall employee performance and organizational productivity. In a team, each
employee is responsible for success. It is a combination of strengths, which can
also lead to minimizing individual weaknesses. In this case, the strengths and
weaknesses of team members can enhance and complement each other.
As a manager, you should be careful when selecting team members. You should
look at a good range of abilities, expertise, and personality. This will help you
develop a team of like-minded people who are ready to work together for a
particular goal.
In team cooperation, energies and motivations are often added up and as result
employees’ work hard together to achieve a common objective which is to realize
the organizational vision, mission, and goals. The desire to do this
also boosts efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
Also, understand that only giving out a guideline regarding the work process is
not enough. Your job as a manager is to make sure that each team member
shares a common outlook at work.
Our DBM college infrastructure is well good providing computer labs, wi-fi facility, arc
centre, projector conference room, auditorium hall etc. All teaching faculties are well
versed to help us in gaining theoretical knowledge and practical applicability of subject
area using new IT and business trends all teachers are very supporting and always
encouraging students to give there-best. Non-teaching staff is also very helpful whenever
needed. Wi-fi facility helps the student to browse all the study course material very
conveniently and without spending the money. Seminars and workshops on career
counseling had given the goal oriented prospective to students to think out of the box and
set there an aspiration with flying colours simply, I feel very blessed to get an opportunity
to learn and gain all innovative ideas and life changing experiences from DBM college.
