1) Developing Soft Skills and Personality : The soft skills training provides strong
practical orientation and help in building and improving skills in communication,
business correspondence, presentation, team building, leadership, time
management, group discussions, interviews, etc,.
2) Consumer Behaviour : Consumer Behaviour is the study of how people make buying
decisions. It attempts to understand how buyers choose, use and dispose of
products and services, as well as the various stages people go through before making
a purchase.

Earth. The organization since its very first day is devoted to providing quality
services. The detailed and through review of work and clients’ trust shows the
perfection with which it is working. The firm has earned a distinction of being placed
in the category 'A' in the list of panel of auditors maintained by State Bank of India.
Moreover, only these “A” category firms can audit of listed companies. The Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India has also carried out the Quality Control Review
and has issued satisfactory QCR report stating that the firm has conducted the audits
of the clients in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.
9. SUMMARY OF LEARNING OUTCOME FROM DISCIPLINARY KNOWLEDGE
AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS:
I have learned the disciplinary knowledge in accounting, management, finance and
marketing branch. With a focus on leadership, planning, business strategy, organization
behaviour, and the more human sides of running a large or small business.
Apply knowledge of all the functional areas of business using integrated problem
solving skills and strategic analysis to be able to accurately assess the feasibility of business
propositions, and develop an integrated plan for a business.

10. SUMMARY OF LEARINING OUTCOME OF CRITICAL THINKING :


I have learned critical thinking in my subject Financial Management. Finance can be
considered as the heart of any business organization. Corporate understand the value of
managing their finance well and thus recruit skilled finance management professional in
varied positions to look after their monitory affair. Managing finance for trade or business is
completely different and even more complex than personal finance.
I have learned a lot of things from management subject like Inquiry and Analysis,
problem solving, creativity and Depth and Breadth of Understanding.

11.SUMMARY FROM LEARNING OUTCOME OF LEADERSHIP


QUALITY.
Self-awareness: Knowledge of your own values, passions, skills, strengths and weaknesses, an

SKILLS AND SOCIAL AWARNERSS:
To understand analyzed and communicate global economic, legal and ethical
aspects of business.

Technical skill is knowledge of and proficiency in activities involving methods,


processes, and procedures. Specialized knowledge, procedures, and techniques of
a field of activities.

Conceptual skill is the ability to see the “big picture,” to recognize significant
elements in a situation and to understand the relationships among the elements.

Communication skill for a manager is a must. The manager must be able to


convey ideas and information to others and receive information and ideas from
others effectively.

Decision making skill is the skill that makes a manager able to recognize
opportunities and threat and then select an appropriate course of action to tackle
them efficiently so that the organization can benefit them.

Analytical skill means, the ability to identify the key variables in a situation.
Manager diagnostic skill and Analytical skill helps him to identify possible
approaches to a situation. After that is also helps a manager to visualize the result
or outcomes of these approaches.

TEAM WORK:
About Team Work
Team cooperation in any organization is always advantageous. It improves
overall employee performance and organizational productivity. In a team, each
employee is responsible for success. It is a combination of strengths, which can
also lead to minimizing individual weaknesses. In this case, the strengths and
weaknesses of team members can enhance and complement each other.

As a manager, you should be careful when selecting team members. You should
look at a good range of abilities, expertise, and personality. This will help you
develop a team of like-minded people who are ready to work together for a
particular goal.

In team cooperation, energies and motivations are often added up and as result
employees’ work hard together to achieve a common objective which is to realize
the organizational vision, mission, and goals. The desire to do this
also boosts efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.

Also, understand that only giving out a guideline regarding the work process is
not enough. Your job as a manager is to make sure that each team member
shares a common outlook at work.
Our DBM college infrastructure is well good providing computer labs, wi-fi facility, arc
centre, projector conference room, auditorium hall etc. All teaching faculties are well
versed to help us in gaining theoretical knowledge and practical applicability of subject
area using new IT and business trends all teachers are very supporting and always
encouraging students to give there-best. Non-teaching staff is also very helpful whenever
needed. Wi-fi facility helps the student to browse all the study course material very
conveniently and without spending the money. Seminars and workshops on career
counseling had given the goal oriented prospective to students to think out of the box and
set there an aspiration with flying colours simply, I feel very blessed to get an opportunity
to learn and gain all innovative ideas and life changing experiences from DBM college.
