) where the last 13 years have been in a leadership role. I am solely responsibl
e for and control ALL competitive intelligence for my current & previous compani

My competitive intelligence is utilized to foresee opportunities & potential thr
eats. Basically, I suggest ways for the company to adapt accordingly. As the CI
Leader for my organization, I dictate the Competitive Intelligence flow with pro
active research and monitoring ALL Competitor news/communications, movements, pr
oduct releases, filings, etc.
What I bring to an organization is a disciplined and very effective Competitive
Intelligent skill-set where I deliver quality, decision-relevant competitive in
telligence to Senior leaders and execute CI projects with multiple stakeholders,
using a number of CI tools & techniques in the process {i.e., War games, Scenar
io planning, SWOT analysis & Competitor profiling}.
I also lead ALL Product/Competitive training efforts & advanced sales support {R
FPs, how to handle Competitive Situations, etc..} to our Sales Leaders {wholesal
ers, AEs, IWs, CSR}, Department Leaders, ALL distribution {i.e. at JH we have ov
