shop because at the back of it there is a 100 square meter garden that is decorated beautifully for
simple and special events. Our clients can book a schedule with their loved ones in our event
garden to experience the magical feeling that we will offer to them. Since we are located in
Baguio City we guarantee that all of our flowers are freshly picked that is best for special
occasions or for gift ideas. We offer different kinds of flowers and our clients can pick the flower
combination that they want for their bouquet or basket.

The flowers that we are purchasing from Rillera’s Flower Shop are fresh cut and wholesale.

delivered by our local florists.
Here’s the list of the flowers and a small description:
Carnation (pink, white, red and scarlet) - small herb, to 60 cm tall Leaves are thick, linear, and
bluish green
Dahlia (orange, yellow, red, purple, white and pink) - are often associated with various meanings
that may range from messages of enduring grace to signals of warning.
Orchids (white, pink, yellow, red and purple) - have a waxy tube-like structure that is known as
a column.
Rose (pink, red, peach, white and yellow) - upright, climbing or creeping shrubs with usually
prickly stems.
Stargazer lily (pink, white and yellow variety) - is a potent symbol because of its intense color
and attractive blossom shape.
Sunflowers - a coarse, stiff, annual plant, 3-4 m tall; stems are straight, rarely branched
Tulips (white, pink, yellow, red and purple) - are usually large, showy and brightly colored.
One of the most beautiful arrangements you may see in Baguio City is from

flower arrangements. Our shop can also cater to customized bouquets, depending on your design.
We have our own website so that our customers outside Baguio City can see the different kinds
of flowers and arrangement that is suited to their preference. We do deliver in Metro Manila for

HOW SPECIAL EVENTS HAPPEN

On every special occasion there are different set ups in the garden, depending on the theme of the
events.
The garden can be rented for private occasions like parties, reception for weddings, debut,
engagement party, birthday, baptismal, and anniversaries.
If it’s only a normal day the garden will serve as a café that serves foods, coffees and other
beverages where students, couples, families and groups of friends can hang out, take pictures,
talk and refresh.
If the place is not rented we do set up our own special events to attract customers and make their
moments more special and memorable. The operating hour of the place is also extended until
3:00 am of the said event.
Special occasions happen every:
January 1st— where the place is decorated with the New Year’s theme. And there’s a firework
display at 12 midnight.
February 14th— during this day the place is decorated with Valentine’s theme. From 5pm - 3am
candles are scattered on every table and paths that will serve as their light and there’s an
orchestra invited to perform lovely music to achieve the candlelight intimate dinner vibe for a
perfect moment.
During this day there’s also a special bouquet available at our flower shop just beside of the said
place where customers can buy for their said dates, their selves, or for their special someone.
December 25th— during this day the place is decorated with a Christmas theme and Christmas
songs are also played all over the place. During the said event there are also limited special offers
for bouquets and flowers as well as special price offers for foods.

Micro Wedding Package

What's Included?
7-hour exclusive use of Main Garden:

GUIDELINES!!!

Guest Limit

Our guest limit is set for you and your guests’ comfort as well as to maintain the
beauty of the place.  We have carefully thought of the perfect amount to have a stress-
free and organized event.  Extra guests over the maximum 100 guests will entail a
P700 charge per head during the regular season and P1,000 for the peak season.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of P20,000.00 is required. Any additional charge, damage or loss to

property, equipment, fixtures, and storage fee for unclaimed catering
materials/equipment/garbage shall be charged to the security deposit. If the damage is
more than the security deposit, the client will have to pay additional charge. The full
amount or the remainder is refundable within five (5) days after the event.

Other available amenities for additional fees include:

Use of kitchen for washing – P3,000.00

Use of kitchen for cooking for event – P5,000
Use of projector – P750/hour or less
Use of white screen- P250/hour or less
Use of place for rehearsals not on the day of event- P1,000.00/hour
Use of 1 LED wall or other big equipment that are NOT LED string lights, smoke
machine, spotlights, sound system – P2,000/equipment

Terms of Payment

Flowers and Events Place by Hoegrammers requires a down payment of 50% to

reserve the date.  Full payment of the package must be settled at least 2 months before
the wedding day. If paying with check, full payment must be done 3 months before
the wedding. The security deposit of P20,000 is due one day before the wedding.

Flowers and Events Place by Hoegrammers reserves the right to cancel the holding of
the event in its premises in case of failure to pay the full amount beforehand. If a
reservation is made a year or more before the scheduled wedding, the rates when the
reservation was made shall apply.
 Egress and Ingress

Flowers and Events Place by Hoegrammers is open for the event from 8:00am to
9:00pm.  Catering needs and other equipment may be brought in a day before the
wedding for storage from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Physical arrangement is to be done on the
day of the event and we can open the gates as early as 6:00am.  If physical
arrangement is to be done a day before, there will be a P1,000.00/ hour charge. If
before 6:00am, it is P1,500 per hour.

Regular accommodation checkout time, which is 11:00 a.m., applies to the bride and
groom.

Parking

Due to the limited space, Flowers and Events Place by Hoegrammers can only
accommodate 20 cars if the front garden will be used for the reception. If not, the
place can accommodate strictly up to 30 cars. We suggest carpooling for the guests or
take public transit if more parking spaces are needed. There should also be at least 1
person in charge for parking from the client/s or the coordinator to make sure all cars
coming in are guests and to make sure parking designations are followed.

Suppliers

We have a list of recommended suppliers that is regularly updated.  Suppliers not

from our recommended list are allowed but each outside supplier will entail a
respective fee depending on the type of service provided.  It is your responsibility for
all suppliers to receive and read the supplier guidelines to prevent any charges due to
violations. We highly recommend for outside suppliers to do an ocular and meeting
with you beforehand.  Fees are listed in our recommended supplier list.

Cancellation

Reservations could be cancelled at least 2 months before the event, after which the
customer’s down payment will be fully refunded. There will be a cancellation charge
of P5,000.  Any cancellation fee incurred e.g. credit card or bank fees shall be charged
to the customer. Canceling the reservation 2 months or less before the event will
render the customer’s payment non-refundable. The security deposit will be returned.
 If reservations are made 2 months or less before the event date, Frangeli House
requires full payment of the event. Cancellation of the reservation will render the
payment non-refundable.

Rescheduling

A booking is considered as rescheduled if there is a definite date the event would be

moved to that is not more than 3 months from the original booking. Failure to book a
specific date after this will render the customer’s payment non- refundable.

If rescheduling reason is due to “acts of god” such as typhoons, earthquakes, or

personal emergencies, then we will allow for free rescheduling but only within 1
month of the original booking date. This is dependent on the availability of the place.
Proof for personal emergencies is required.

If rescheduling to a different year, the rates for that year will apply. This is only
applicable for the year it’s reserved for.

No Show

Renters who fail to show up on the reserved date will not receive a refund.

Rates

Price may varies from low season (June – October), regular season (November,
March-May) and peak season (December-February). The garden is available to rent
for reception from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
