CONTRACT OF LEASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement executed this 8th day of March, 2022 at Madrid, Surigao del
Sur, by and between:

JAYSON A. GUILLEN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Purok 3, Barangay Songkit, Madrid, Surigao del Sur (hereinafter referred to as
“LESSOR”).

-and-

BENJIE ARCULAR TARUC, Filipino, of legal age, married with address at

Barangay Pag-antayan, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur (hereinafter referred to as
“LESSEE”).

WITNESSETH:

1. That the LESSOR hereby lets and leases unto the LESSEE his motor vehicle
described as follows:

MODEL/MAKE : Nissan Navara 2021

COLOR : Pearl White

BODY : Pick-up

SERIAL/CHASSIS NO. : MNTCCAD23Z0002199

PLATE NO. : GAV-5993

2. That the rental amount shall be in the amount of P3,000.00 for a duration of
twenty four (24) hours, payable at the start of the lease;

3. That the term of this contract shall be one (1) day commencing on March 8,
2022 and ending on March 9, 2022;

4. That should the lease exceeds the stipulated one day period, the LESSEE shall
be liable for the rent in the amount of one hundred fifty pesos (PHP 150.00) per
hour of excess;

5. That any and all damages and liabilities caused to third parties or the public by
reason of any accident whatsoever shall be for the sole account of the LESSEE;

6. That the LESSEE may not sublease the unit to any other person.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 8th day of
March 2022 in Madrid, Surigao del Sur , Philippines.
