8 I recall many years ago that you wrote to me about Human Rights, etc. well that was
9 before you became a Minister.
10 Now if you were using those words than your mouth should disintegrate for daring to misuse and
11 abuse this term.

13 Let me explain some of it.

15 As you appears to have a record:

17 The Minister holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the
18 University of NSW.

20 A Senator for NSW since 1997, she has more than two decades’ parliamentary
21 experience including 12 years’ membership of the Joint Standing Committee
22 on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade.

24 It seems to me you ought to understand legal issues. And as a Minister you ought to understand
25 to be a “constitutional adviser” to the Governor-General1

16 Parliament to use monies from the consolidated revenue funds for any matters not ordinary
17 within the expenditure of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

19 Kindly provide me with details as to when the Commonwealth of Australia Parliament approved
20 the financing of bushmasters and other monies provided to the NAZI Government of Ukraine? If
21 no such special Appropriation Bills were passed and enacted by the Governor-General then I
22 view you are complicit to defrauding the Consolidated Revenue Funds.

1 While Mr Scott Morrison might be a Prime Minister this however doesn’t at all give him any
2 authority to override or otherwise interfere any decision you may make within your authority as
3 Minister for foreign affairs. Actually, cabinet can make suggestions to you but cannot override
4 you as Minister for foreign affairs as ultimately you are legally responsible and accountable for
5 Foreign Affairs issues.
6 This means that unless there were special Appropriation Bills passed and enacted to allow the
7 Commonwealth of Australia to provide financial and other support to the NAZI Ukraine
8 Government I hold the position that all and any such alleged aid is and remains to be
9 unconstitutional and so unlawful and so to say your head is on the block for it. Hence, you need
10 to immediately stop any delivery of monies and other so called aid (including the bushmasters)
11 to the NAZI Ukraine Government.

17 Remember the Iraq alleged WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction)? Well it is now clear that this

31 millions of dollars to a NAZI Ukraine government also in the aid to continue its GENOCIDE of

33 14,000 Ukrainians.

35 Remember the wording “FOR THE CHILDREN” on the rocket? Well, as I have outlined to the
36 Australian Federal Police that the Ukraine NAZI army was deliberately murdering children.

38 I view that the Chris Smith Tonight (SkyNews) publishing claims from a Ukraine MP
39 is very concerning where the Ukraine army and its fanatic groups are known
40 themselves for atrocities, and as such a warning not to be parroting Ukraine
41 Government deceptive/unverified claims.
42 With the demise of the U.S.A. Australia may end up being very vulnerable to have
43 failed to remain neutral in the Russian Federation vs Ukraine conflict as unlikely too
44 many countries would come to its aid when that is needed.

3 COVID issues, and well, let the AFP do its job and do a proper investigation as I now

13 I on 7 March 2022 for example exposed the destruction of building in the Donbass area (by the
14 Ukraine NAZI army) and then on 13 April 2022 discovered that azFOX10 was claiming that this
15 was actually in KIEV.

17 Scott Morrison PM would do well to avoid getting drawn into a war, as if he is
18 desperate to join NAZI’s and other murderous groups then let him move to Ukraine,
19 but avoid getting Australian lives placed at risk merely for a political federal election
20 to try to score points.

21 Again, the same FAKE NEWS regarding MH17 which I concluded was actually downed by the
22 Ukraine army. The mere fact that the Ukraine Government released an alleged audio recording
23 as to the Donbass defenders to admit they shot down a plane, where it turns out this tape was
24 created from various different tapes and put together many hours before MH17 was shot down,
25 this would to me indicate to me that the Ukraine army contemplated to shoot down any
26 passenger plane, and for this purpose had created this fake tape beforehand.

28 I understand that Boris Johnson PM now somehow wants t5o become more involved in the
29 Russian Federation vs Ukraine dispute. Well, considering how the UK was involved in the
30 fabrication of President Assad using chemical weapons which I obtained videos that it were
31 actually crisis actors, then one cannot rely upon what he claims.

33 Much is argued that the Russian Federation should not have entered into Ukraine, however in my
34 view and understanding the Russian Federation had no choice but to act. For years it was known
35 that the US, NATO, Georgia and Ukraine were working on creating bioweapons against
36 Caucasian Russians and for this specifically pursued Caucasian Russian DNA. I understand that
37 then mosquitos were transported using drones and then released within the Russian Federation
38 causing considerable harm to Russian Federation citizens. I have written about this in my
39 COMPLAINT to the Australian Federal Police also.

41 I also warned that (Australian) Aboriginals could be at danger also because they mostly originate
42 for what is now the Russian Federation and so their DNA may have similarities and could
43 decimate if not wipe out all together Australians of Aboriginal descent.
44 While Jackie Lambie appears to be pursing the unconstitutional drive for jabbing regarding the
45 claimed COVID reality might be that she could by this pursue the mass killings of Aboriginals.

24 In the event you may hold that I am some ALP supporter, reality is that I view that Opposition
25 Leader Anthony Albanese is grossly incompetent as he should have been checking the Federal

36 Commonwealth of Australia. Perhaps it getting away with war crimes, crimes against humanity,
37 etc, invading Iraq may have resulted in a false security to set itself above the rule of law. In my
38 view the alleged involvement by the Peter Doherty Institute in regard of bioweapon research in
39 Ukraine/Georgia should have been properly investigated as after all there are bioweapons
40 legislative provisions and likewise the bioweapon usage of so called COVID vaccines should
41 have been properly investigated, well before it is too late!
