LITHIUM CELL REQUIRE DOCUMENTS FOR BIS TESTING
• CDF & critical component list with manufacturer sign. & stamp.
• Specification or Data Sheet or MSDS for the Cell.
• Marking and instruction with manufacturing date code on sample
(Note : Sample should not less than six months old)
• Safety instruction sheets / manual.
• Packaging information for Cell with box drawing.
• Transportation UN38.3 latest test report.
• Latest and valid ISO 9001 certificate for the manufacturer of Cell covering the manufacturing
unit from which the cell is subjected to test.
LITHIUM BATTERY REQUIRE DOCUMENTS FOR BIS TESTING

• CDF & critical component list with manufacturer sign. & stamp.
• Cell BIS certificate no. & cell should be marked with BIS logo & R-No.
• Specification or Data Sheet or MSDS for the Battery.
• PCB Layout & Circuit Diagram
• Marking and instruction with manufacturing date code on sample
(Note : Sample should not less than six months old)

• Packaging information for Battery with box drawing.
• Transportation UN38.3 latest test report.
