Computer Science project submitted to Maasai Mara University Department of Mathematics and
Physical Sciences in partial fulfillment of the conferment of Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer Science
ABSTRACT:

This document begins with the system proposal writing where there is introduction, problem
statement ,objectives the project were stated ,justification of the project was discussed and also
the scope of the proposed system was discussed.Finally,the budget of the proposed project was
drawn.
Secondly, literature review was done, Here ,classical systems were discussed and compared to
modern systems. Also the relationship between a client and a server was discussed. Other work
done by other researchers in the area of system development were reviewed and the type of
programming languages used to develop those systems were discussed.

Thirdly,methodology,in chapter three was used to develop this system and the waterfall
model was implemented in detail.

Chapter four focused mainly of system analysis were the current system is analyzed to give its
strengths and weaknesses and improvements to be made noted. Similarly the, proposed system
was discussed and and the procedures to be followed in the new system was analyzed.
ve deals with system design were the new system was designed .database design was
done and system coding designed.

Chapter six deals with system implementation and testing .The coding was implemented.

Chapter seven focused on conclusion and recommendation about this system.

Chapter eight deals with the references from other peoples work.
