An application under Order 21 Rule 16 r/w Section 151
CPC filed on behalf of the legal heirs of DH.
It is submitted in the application that one of the legal heirs
of deceased DH i.e. Sh.Vinod Jindal expired on 18.01.2022. The
particulars of the legal heirs of Sh. Vinod Jindal is as stated in the
application.
It is submitted by counsel for JD no. 2 and 7 that he has no
objection to the present application.
In view of the submissions made, the application is
allowed. The legal heirs of Sh. Vinod Jindal is taken record. Amended
memo is also taken on record.
The counsel for JD seeks some time to pay the previous
costs of Rs.1000/- as was imposed vide order dated 09.12.2021.
Put up for arguments on 20.04.2022, as requested.
