III. SELF - LEARNING ACTIVITIES

WEEK 3.

This house I drew is a house I could call my safe haven. It is free from hazards that could pose harm to
me and my family. All of the rooms of my house are smoke free area. Even the basement has a clean
and complete furnace filter. For the kitchen, the stove is free from fire since it uses electricity. The
paint used in my house is lead free. We all know, that lead is a very dangerous chemical so the paint
used is safe and eco friendly. Also for the decorations, I dont support putting real plants inside the
house since it releases carbon monoxide aside from oxygen which is also pretty dangerous. The house
must also be clean and free from moist especially the sink to avoid formation of molds that could pose
risk for infection to anyone. As you can see in my drawing, the staircase outside my house has
handrails to prevent falls.
