 The profile of the company and activity

The company "Kolosian-Kristal" Ltd, is created as a judiciary person based on the

decision of the judicial court of Tirana nr.37464 date. 11.4.2007 with administrator
and owner Mr. Jemin Bulica.

The main object of the activity of the company "Kolosion-Kristal" Ltd, is: To
explore, search, discover, exploit minerals of group 1,2,3,4 according to the law nr.
7796, dt.17.02.1994, "about the mines" and to work with explosive materials.

In concordance with the main object of the activity the company "Kolosian-
Kristal" Ltd, has managed to get a permission for exploitation with nr.1051
dt.03.08.2007 from the ministry of economy, trade and energetic for the
exploitation of the mineral-marbled lime- group 4, in the source “Perroi i Thate”,
Kolosjan, Kukes, after the detailed study on the actual and perspective
development of mine industry in Albania and market conditions.

Besides the permission of exploitation the company acquired the environmental

permission nr. 339 dt. 08.06.2007 from the ministry of environment, woods and
water administration.

The permission of exploitation is released for an area of 0.154 km2 and for a
period of 10 years with the right to renew it and for a volume of reserves to be
taken out of 2.895.109 m3 mineral. Marble, the subject of this permission of
exploitation, and object of the business of the company, has the best color, strength
and other elements in Albania and Region.

The permission of exploitation, and other permissions and investment and human
possibilities for the exploitation of the mineral, make the most important asset of
the company "Kolosian-Kristal" Ltd,.

According to the calculations shown in this business plan, it is certified that our
company legally disposes a wealth evaluated in 608 million Euros, in the form of
future economic profit.

Based on a detailed study, the general net income per 1 m3 mineral found and
prepared in blocks to be sold in the factories of marble preparation, is 210 Euros.

It is obvious that the net income of 23.520.000 Euros for the past 10 years of exploiting the
source for which we are licensed, makes an important asset for each investor, potential, bank,
private or individual company, etc.

The company "Kolosian -Kristal Ltd, will employ 32 people for the project of exploiting the
source of marble with geologic reserves discovered in 2.895.209 m3. We have a qualified staff
for management, engineers, economists and techniques. The town of Kukes is well-known for its
tradition in the field of mines and geology. Hardworking and qualified people with great work
experience can be found all over the area.

The organization of the company lies on the vertical principal with departments and 4 sections,
which will directly depend on the administrator besides functionally depending on each-other.
Attached the business plan in table 1, the organizing of the company is graphically explained as
well.

The current situation and the perspectives be excellent as regarding to the market. The needs and
demands for marble are increasing. This precious material used in construction has been
imported until now. In the main towns there are factories that can reproduce marble blocks by
cutting them in different forms and dimensions, according to the demands of the construction
companies, or individuals. Besides the demands in Albania, it can absolutely trade in Kosovo
and Macedonia well. Many companies are interested in our products considering the color and
strength of the marble but even the short distance from the source, what makes it to be delivered
faster.
