SYMPTOMS

Unable to load data of multiple currencies in the source file through FDMEE.

CAUSE

The issue is caused by the following setup: Currency is handled in FDMEE location where it can be either set to preferred currency or application's default currency
 

SOLUTION

1) Go to target application -> Dimension details -> Add dimension-> Choose the target dimension class as LOOKUP & data table column name as user defined (UD
column)
2) Go to
import format-> Enter the source column name for added lookup dimension and mention the field number based on source file
3) Go to data load mapping-> Select the appropriate UD column-> select LIKE Mapping-> Define source as * and  target as # SQL

4) In the edit SQL Mapping-> For example, consider the UD column as UD 13 then enter "UD13, CURKEY= UD13"

5) Execute the data load rule
