What this job involves:

• Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes


• Maintaining data pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title
change, Probation & other job change transactions in HR Systems
• Managing Employee On boarding formalities
• Maintaining Exit formalities
• Manage Letter creation activities related to Promotion, Transfer, Termination, Employee Type changes etc.
• Managing Learning and Development cases
• Managing employee benefits/leaves and Payroll transactions/cases
• Managing HR System semi-functional challenges and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams
• Share HR policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation with employees to resolve their
query/question
• Managing & Coordinating queries via Case management tool and emails
• Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through
self-service
• Adhere to and demonstrate proficiency in agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards
• Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Mail)
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management preferred
