As a teacher how can these principles help you make your learning
environment a nurturing and inspiring for learner’s participation?
What am I doing?
By facilitating the instruction given to the learners, we teach them on how to
be independent in doing their task.
After going through all the sessions, gather your thoughts and reflect once
more. Answer the questions below:
Post-Test

proceed to the next session in this module, your knowledge acquisition in this

After the first part of the lesson, work in partnership with your school
head and ask how you will respond to the following situations.
1. A mother came in and hit the child who was seated beside her daughter
while you were in front of the class teaching, what will you do?
I will excuse myself from the class and give a task while I’m away and
go to Guidance Office to settle the issue of the mother properly.
4. You are very good in organizing events but in your school’s activities, it is
always the parents who organize programs. You want to share in the
success of the activities. What could you do?
I will talk to them politely and explain the situation to avoid
miscommunication and to build harmonious relationship with them. After
that I will share my insights and suggestion about the event.

attendance of all teachers in MOA signing at the principal’s office. It is also a
way of forging stronger partnership with the community. Mr. Datul did not
attend the said activity saying it’s just a waste of time.

machining. The school has no available equipment for the learners to use.
Mr. de Guzman coordinated with the owner of a machine shop in the
locality. He allowed the use of his machine shop between 4:00-5:00 in the
afternoon and three times a week only.

I encountered different kind of people and every one has a unique journey in
life. We need to be kind and understand their situation in life. I always lend
my ear to others to ease their pain.

The narrow-minded ones because they cannot accept their mistake and
ideas of people around them.
Scoring

Situation/Task In our church, I was asked by our Pastor to handle boys who
are impolite and not always attending school.
Action Every time they come to church, I always get along with
them through interviewing their daily living and tried to
raised the issues and encourage them to go to school for
their future.
Result Boys learned to communicate to their parents politely and
enlighten on the importance of education.
