SCM
• Material Expeditor - Ability to track material status of individual projects with tagging of different stages like - PO
release, Under Manufacturing, Under Inspection, In-Transit, Received at site
• Integration with existing ERP system to fetch details like PO number, PO Qty, Delivered Qty etc.
Construction
• Project definition with all standard packages (like AC BOS, DC BOS, Transmission Line, Civil Infra etc.) with defined
weightage of sub-activities to form a standard project template
• The above template shall be used in any new project with minor changes basis scope of the project
• Project scheduling with mapping of dependencies on activities (Start to Finish, Start to Start, Finish to Start, Finish to
Finish) as well as material availability (which we will be tracking through material expediter mentioned in SCM section)
• System should have functionality to allow making a baseline schedule and entering revised schedules as we progress
into execution. System should not allow plan dates for execution if it is before material delivery date at site
• System should identify critical path dynamically basis dependencies mapped during scheduling and changing scenarios
as per actuals
• Highlight critical delayed activities which can delay the project
• Auto mailers and reminders to users defined for delayed activities
Construction
• Site team shall be able to update the daily progress both via app and via import of excel sheets
• Calculation of current rate, asking rates and estimated project completion timeline based on current rates. Also
highlight if any critical path activity is getting delayed due to current pace of work
• Monitoring of manpower as well as machinery deployed by contractors on daily basis
Quality
• Consolidated list of material in-inspection stage
• List of open NCs to be conformed by the supplier with ageing and escalation
