1. About CASIO Picture Conversion Engine
CASIO Picture Conversion Engine is software that lets you edit image and movie files on your
computer and convert them to a file format (g3p, g3b) that can be used on a CASIO fx-CG20
scientific function calculator and with fx-CG Manager PLUS computer software.
Note
The g3p and g3b files you create with CASIO Picture Conversion Engine can be imported to
and displayed on a CASIO fx-CG20 and fx-CG Manager PLUS calculator. (Image display is not
supported for the fx-CG10.)

2. System Requirements
Operating Systems: Windows Vista® (32-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit),
Windows 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit)
Your hardware configuration needs higher than functionalities that operating
system recommends.
Computer: Computer with one of the Windows operating systems pre-installed
(Excluding computers with an upgraded operating system and self-built
computers.)
RAM: 1 GB or more
Disk Space: 100 MB for installation and uninstall
Note: Actual requirements and product functionality may vary based on your
system configuration and operating system.
Other: Video adapter and display must support resolution of XGA (1024×768) or
higher, 16-bit or higher system color.
QuickTime 7 or later.

3. To install CASIO Picture Conversion Engine
1. Double-click “CASIO Picture Conversion Engine” or “CASIO Picture Conversion Engine.exe”.
• This will display a dialog box for selecting the screen language.

3. Click the [Next] button.
• This will display the end user license agreement (EULA).
• If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the license agreement, click “I do not accept
the terms…” and then click [Cancel] button to exit the install procedure.

6. Enter the alphanumeric key that is located on the software’s Installkey sticker for “Installation
Key” and then click [Next] button.
7. Perform either of the two following steps to specify the installation drive and folder.
7-a: If you want to use default settings, simply click the [Next] button. This is the method you
normally should use.
7-b: If you want to specify a different folder, click the [Change] button. Select the folder you
want and then click [Next].

8. Click the [Install] button.
• This will start installation.
9. The dialog box shown below will appear when installation is complete.
Note
• Installing the software will put a “CASIO Picture Conversion Engine” shortcut icon on your
Windows desktop.

4. To uninstall CASIO Picture Conversion
Engine
1. Display the Windows Control Panel.
2. Click [Programs and Features].
3. On the list of applications that appears, select “CASIO Picture Conversion Engine”.
4. Click the [Uninstall] button.
• This will display the program maintenance wizard.

5. To start up CASIO Picture Conversion
Engine
1. On your computer’s desktop, click the “CASIO Picture Conversion Engine” icon.
• You could also start up the application by clicking [Start] - [Program] - [CASIO] - [CASIO
Picture Conversion Engine] - [CASIO Picture Conversion Engine].
