results
Within 3 months of time we Plan to achieve half our goal to create strong, fit and
successful youth that don’t give up when faced with challenges being ever more so
capable of maintaining the country's peace, prosperity and progress.

           Beneficiaries of the plan
Primary beneficiaries are Ethiopia’s youths and people, this plan will also
provide temporary and permanent employment opportunities for more than
300 hundred young adult scouts.

          Core functions
1. Gathering and discussing work division with the experienced
young Scouts such yewishi badge horederoch in
Selected regional towns and city governments ,
2. Different training programs for the young scouts teachers.
3. Preparation of badge, logos and video clip anthem for Ethiopian youth
scouts division (10 female and male young Scouts will collaborate with
partner organizations to teach them garment sewing skills and integrate them
to the workforce).
4. Finding new recruits from higher education, colleges, high
schools, technique and professions institutions in Selected cities such
as ( Harar, Dire Dawa, Gambella, Addis Ababa, Adama, Meqi, Shashemene)
providing first aid humanitarian support and recruitment of secular youth
scout patrol capable of facing any potential natural and manmade disasters
for resolution process of the conflict between Hawassa and Sidama.
5. Conducting training for the new recruits through yewish badge horederoch
in 156 recruitment centers.
