1 . Take Command of Your Inner World

Set aside some time each morning and evening

to center, pray, and balance yourself by creating

a customized, spiritual ritual. Try meditating,

making a gratitude list, writing affirmations, or

anything else that you enjoy!

2. Take Command of Your Health

Help your body support you by

providing it with adequate sleep, a

healthy diet, and exercise. You will

feel more calm, more confident, and

have more energy overall.

3 . Take Command of Your Vision

Provide yourself with a sense of direction. Make a

list of your values to help you focus on what

matters most to you. Next, write out a vision for

yourself that aligns with these values. What do you

want your life to look like? Write a statement

describing what you intend to create and choose a

date by which you want to achieve it.

4. Take Command of Your Plan

Next, divide your vision into individual projects, or

areas you need to focus on in order to manifest

what you desire. Then list the steps involved to

complete each project. Now, set a final completion

date for each individual project.

5 . Take Command of Your Time

Take your project lists from Step 4 and break the

steps down into monthly, then weekly goals.

Every day, decide what you are going to do to

fulfill your goal for the current week. Then all you

have to think about is what you are going to do

today. This will give you a great feeling of being in

control of your life!

Stay Motivated!
Make sure you stay clear about WHY you are

doing what you’re doing. Focus on the

benefits that you will experience from your

efforts. Looking forward to great results will

help keep your motivation strong!
