Sub: RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF JCA/CA

This has reference to your application for the post of JCA/CA on a Fixed Term Contract Basis
for a period of 3 years in Air India Air Transport Services Limited, received in response to our
Advertisement dated July 01, 2014. In this connection, you are required to appear for Group
Discussion, on the date, time and venue mentioned below: -

Venue : M.K Hotel Distt Shopping Centre, Ranjit Avenue Near Khalsa
College of Engineering , Amritsar - 143001 (Punjab).

In case you qualify in the Group Discussion, your eligibility will be verified and only if you are
found ELIGIBLE on preliminary scrutiny, you will be allowed to appear for Personal Interview, on the
same / following day(s). Please bring along with you, all your Original Certificates and one
set of self-attested Xerox copies pertaining to your Educational Qualifications, Age, Caste and
Experience. You are required to report at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the venue, for
Group Discussion / Personal Interview.

Any request for rescheduling of date and time will not be entertained. In case you are from
outstation, please note that the Management will not reimburse any expenses incurred on conveyance,
travel or stay. However, one time travel expenses will be reimbursed for attending the Group Discussion /
Personal Interview to the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, as per the Presidential Directives.

Any canvassing for or on behalf of your candidature or any political pressure in favour of your
selection will be considered as a DISQUALIFICATION and your candidature will be liable for rejection.

Those who have Valid Passport may produce the copies of the same at the time of reporting for
GD/Personal Interview.

You are requested to ensure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria as mentioned in our
Advertisement dated July 01, 2014, regarding Educational Qualifications, Age, Category, etc. and such
other particulars. If at any stage, it is detected that you do not meet with the requirements stipulated for
the post or have furnished false / incorrect information, your candidature will be cancelled and if
appointed, your Fixed Term Contract with the Company will be terminated forthwith.
