The Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the OPCW,

ICC, and other lnternational Organisations and Courts based in the Kingdom of the
Netherlands presents its compliments to the Office of the Prosecutor of the
lnternational Criminal Court, and has the honor to transmit copy of the Note Verbale
Nº 000277 dated 15 April 2022, in Spanish from H.E Félix Plasencia, Minister of People's
Power for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, addressed to ICC
Prosecutor, Mr. Karim A.A. Khan.

The Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the OPCW,

ICC, and other lnternational Organisations and Courts based in the Kingdom of the
