What is your mission?

The Application Developer will join a regional team creating large, complex applications that
facilitate the achievement of business goals of TDCX and its global clients in the technology,
digital advertising, e-commerce, travel and hospitality, automotive, consumer electronics, and
fintech industries.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

● Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features
● Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
● Troubleshoot and debug applications
● Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
● Guide business decisions from technical perspective like performance, reliability,
scalability, and security
● Keep key personnel up-to-date with the latest software trends, techniques, and
technologies for presentation/demonstration purposes.
● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management
from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the
effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and
ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in cloud based infrastructures and software development across the
stack (e.g. PHP, Node.js, React, Python, SQL, Git)
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 • General understanding of user interface technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
• Experience with versioning technologies, continuous integration/delivery environment and
automated unit testing
• Experience with Laravel or any other MVC framework
• Knowledge of technical know-how and professional software engineering best practices for
the full software development lifecycle
• Experience building chatbot solutions in high scale production environments is a plus
• Ability to write logical, clean, and reusable codes that optimise user-system interaction
• Well-versed with the latest trends in coding, standards, and security settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and confidently deliver polished
presentations to customers and internal teams
• Ability to multi-task following agile methodology in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
