2. Explain the four (4) important elements in an organization.

The first one is a goal in mind, an organization must have


a goal in mind. This goal will motivate all of the members of an
organization to do everything they can to achieve their goal.
The second one is a leader or committee making a decision, it
is when someone leads every team in the organization in order
to achieve their goal. The third is an action involved, this is the
process of doing things to achieve the goals. Last one is
communication and members, which means give and take of
information from one person to another.

3. In your own understanding, discuss the POSDCORB.


P- Planning refers to establishing a broad sketch of work to be completed and the
procedures incorporated to implement them.
O- Organizing involves formally classifying, defining and synchronizing the various
subdivisions of work to be done.
S- Staffing involves recruiting and selecting the right people for the job.
D- Directing decision making and delegating structured instructions and orders to
execute them.
CO- Coordinating refers to orchestrating and interlinking the various components of
the work.
R- Reporting involves regularly updating the superior about the progress or the work
related activities.
B- Budgeting involves all the activities that are under auditing, accounting, fiscal
planning and control.
