    B. BACALSO, respondents.

    NOTICE

    Sirs/Mesdames :
    Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution
    dated 03 January 2022 which reads as follows:
    "A.C. No. 10921 (Fidela Barangan v. Attys. Pelagio S. Apostol,
    Mona Chica Cabanes Gillamac and Euphemia B. Bacalso). — The Court
    RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of
    law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the
    attached Report and Recommendation 1 and Notice of Resolution 2 dated
    June 27, 2020. Accordingly, the present complaint is hereby DISMISSED for
    lack of merit.
    SO ORDERED."
