Job Responsibilities:
 Preparing BIM models, Design and Workshop drawings for Heating, Ventilating & Air-
conditioning (HVAC), Chilled water and MEP coordination layouts including Plant room
details, Elevations and Sections according to the design/consultants drawings

 Reviewing and analyzing the project documents and identifying drawings and
specifications conflicts, insufficient and missing information to improve the
project productivity and cost efficiency.

 Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and

mentoring required to the project team

 Capable of working independently or with minimal supervision

 Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model
development tasks.
  Quantity Extraction from 3D Model for Mechanical Services.

 Highlighting the problems in MEP Services with RFI’s and Proposing Solutions.
 Engaged in installation of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Drainage systems,
undertaking allocation of man and quality material for site.
 Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, sub contractors and
coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth functioning of site
 Maintaining and updating BIM libraries, Project templates for Revit projects.
 Monitoring BIM models for coordination and information integrity to ensure compliance
with project deliverables and company BIM standards.

 Submitting daily progress report to PM and creating future plan for remaining activities.
 Responsible for ensuring delivery of model/drawing to agreed programmes with quality
 Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design
 Good Communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation skills, learning
attitude and a good team member.

Technical Skills:
 Software’s: BIM 360, AutoCAD, REVIT, Naviswork, Primavera P6, CATIA V5
 Mc QUAY for Duct sizing & Pipe sizing
 Ability to read Technical Drawings
 MS-Office (Word, Excel)

 HVAC certified training course from Innovative Institute (ISO 9001-2015)
 Worked as Apprentice/Trainee in Defense Research and Development Laboratory
(DRDO) Hyderabad for 6 months in Liquid propulsion division on compressor
working quality QA/QC of testing equipment’s of rockets.
 Worked as Trainee in Aster Building Block for HVAC system works

