Scope of work for Housekeeping

For Trench cleaning, grass cutting, stones separation, CHP Housekeeping and road cleaning 12
persons required on daily basis.

1. Grass Cutting:
a) Work area is 4X300MW, 2X130MW plant
b) All tools, tackles, consumables and PPEs in contractor scope
c) Grass cutting to be carried out as per engineer instructions
d) All removed grass loading into tractor
e) Male worker population should be 70% of total man power.
f) Housekeeping work to be carried out at work location on daily basis
2. Housekeeping of Coal Handling Plant:
a) Working area is 4X300MW Coal Conveyor BCN-1A/1B, BCN-2A/2B, BCN-3A/3B,
CJ10C1/CJ10C2, CJ9C1/9C2, JT1,JT2,9C1/9C2 Drive House and Tail End.
b) Cleaning of Spillage coal from Coal Conveyors
c) Bunker Floor area cleaning below Carrying & Return Belt side.
d) Floor Cleaning near Head Pulley, Snub Pulley, Deflector Pulley, Bend Pulley & Tail
Pulley.
e) Floor Cleaning near Conveyor Motor, gearbox, coupling, head end Discharge chute.
f) Cleaning below V plough Links, Settler Rollers and Bunker Filling chutes assisting the
operation staff for Bunker Filling.
g) Cleaning near Return Scrappers, Primary & Secondary scrappers.
h) Cleaning near Take Up Pulley area, Take Up Pulley Counter Weight, Plumber Block,
Scrapper Plate.
i) Cleaning at Impact Rollers, Action rollers, Self aligning Rollers and all carrying and
Return Idlers.
j) In between conveyors cleaning to be done when both conveyors are in
Running/stopped condition as per Engineer Incharge Instruction
k) Loading of Spilled coal in Conveyors or Bunkers or Tractors as per Engineer Incharge
Instruction,
l) All tools, tackles, consumables and PPEs in contractor scope
m) Work to be carried out as per engineer in charge instructions
n) Male worker population should be 70% of total man power.
o) Housekeeping work to be carried out at work location on daily basis

3. Road Sweeping/cleaning:
p) Working area is 4X300MW & 2X130 MW
q) Cleaning/sweeping of road of complete plant as per instruction of Engineer Incharge
r) All tools, tackles, consumables and PPEs in contractor scope
s) Work to be carried out as per engineer in charge instructions
t) Housekeeping work to be carried out at work location on daily basis
4. Trench cleaning & Mill rejects removal:
u) Working area is 4X300MW & 2X130 MW
v) Cleaning of trench, mill rejects removal as per instruction of Engineer Incharge
w) All tools, tackles, consumables and PPEs in contractor scope
x) Work to be carried out as per engineer in charge instructions
 y) Housekeeping work to be carried out at work location on daily basis

5. TOOLS, TACKLES:
a. The contractor shall bring following tools for daily use (as per requirement)

Note:

1. The contractor shall bring other tools & tackles which is required for cleaning of above
mentioned area as per instruction of Engineer In Charge even though not mentioned in list.
2. The contractor has to deploy manpower in other areas also for housekeeping as per plant
requirement.
