    BHRN Application April May June July August September October

    Approval Process
    Please note each county region is moving through the
    steps as quickly as possible. We are working within each 1. Applications
    evaluated twice
    county based on set aside budgets. All applications will
    work through the process outlined below.

    using an evaluation rubric.
    3. OHA sends letters
    MID APRIL THROUGH THE END OF MAY of intent to award to OAC

    applications. Two subcommittees meet concurrently; one focused
    4. Grantee negotiation to become complete BHRNs
    on the tri-county region and the other on all other counties. A little
    less than half of all applications are based in the tri-county region.

    END OF APRIL THROUGH FIRST WEEK OF JUNE 5. OAC determines funding awards
