1. Event Category (rider is not allowed to enter more than one category)
a. Men Junior (17 years old and below)
b. Men Open (18 years old and above)
c. Women Open (18 years old and above)
d. Men Elite (Professional, Current or Former national rider, state rider)
e. Masters (30 years old and above)

2. Safety
a. The riders may only ride the course during the events and official practice periods. All other persons must be kept clear of the
course.

3. Cancellation
a. In the event of bad weather, the event director may decide to cancel the event after consulting the event committee and technical
members.

4. Before the start


a. Riders or team managers must also attend a pre-event briefing, which will cover any specific changes to the regulations for the event
if so specified regulations of the event.
b. The definitive list of starters shall be drawn up before the start of the event. As well as the riders’ names, team, category, plate no.,
and start time.

5. Conduct of Riders
a. A rider must act in sporting manner at all times and shall permit any faster rider to overtake without obstructing.
b. Should the rider face mechanical problems or punctured and could not continue, he/she must exit from the course and wait until the
training or official event to finish before continue to finish line to avoid any accidents or mishap. Or with the approval of the marshal,
he/she may continue to descend without using the course of the event. In the event of seeding run, he/she must report to the
technical officer to inform the situation. He/she may continue to proceed to the final run with the approval from technical officer
c. If any rider exits the course for any reason, he/she must return to the course at the exact same point from which he/she exited.
d. The riders must respect nature and shall make sure that they do not pollute the course venue.

6. Clothing and accessories


a. An approved full-face helmet must be worn when racing and when practice on the course.
b. Riders are strongly recommend to wear the following protection:
i. Back, elbow, knee and shoulder protectors made of rigid materials
ii. Padding on shins and thigh
iii. Full finger gloves

7. Official Practice
a. The following practice sessions must be organised:
i. A foot inspection of the course must be organised before the first training sessions.
ii. A morning session, with breaks, the day before the qualifying day.
iii. An optional training session on the morning of the day of the qualifying.
iv. Each rider must obtain two stickers (minimum 2 run) on practice run to be stick on his/her bicycle to qualify for qualifying
event.
b. Rider must put race plate on the bicycle during official training, qualifying and event day

8. Qualifying day
a. Only one qualifying run will be held.
b. All riders must have two practice run stickers in order to proceed with qualifying run.
c. All riders must qualify to go to final run
d. Only top 30 riders from each category is eligible to go to final run
e. No substitute rider is allowed to compete in the qualifying run

9. Event day
a. Only one final run will be held.
b. Top 30 qualifiers from each category will proceed to final run
c. No substitute rider is allowed to compete in the final run

10. Indemnity
a. Organizers, sponsors, official partners, technical personnel or marshals are not held accountable for any injury or death that may
occur before, during and after the event.
b. The rider acknowledges that, the organizers and sponsors shall not be held liable towards any lawsuit. In the event of any lawsuit
instituted against the organizers & sponsors, it may be revoked anytime by the above mentioned parties.
